Terms of Service

Welcome to Pair Rush! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pair Rush mobile game and the website yukpay.com (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Yukpay.com.

By creating an account, downloading, or playing Pair Rush, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the game (such as Ranking and Multiplayer), you may be required to register an account using Google Sign-In.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Accuracy: You agree that the information provided from your Google Profile (Email, Avatar) is accurate.
• Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC)

One of the key features of Pair Rush is the ability for users to upload images for Avatars and Custom Card Images.

A. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the images and content you upload. By uploading an image, you affirm that:

1. You own the copyright to the image or have explicit permission from the owner to use it.
2. The image does not violate the privacy or rights of any other person.

B. Prohibited Content

You strictly agree NOT to upload content that is:

• Offensive: Contains hate speech, harassment, nudity, pornography, or graphic violence.
• Illegal: Promotes illegal acts or violates local laws.
• Infringing: Violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of others (e.g., using a brand's logo or artwork you didn't create).

C. License to Us

By uploading content, you grant Yukpay.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute said content within the Service (e.g., showing your custom card or avatar to your opponent during a match).

D. Content Monitoring

We have the right (but not the obligation) to review, monitor, and remove any User-Generated Content at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe it violates these Terms.

3. Fair Play and Conduct

To ensure a fair environment for our MMR (Matchmaking Rating) and Ranking systems:

• Cheating: You agree not to use bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software to modify the game.
• Win-Trading: You agree not to intentionally lose matches to manipulate rankings or boost other players' MMR.
• Toxic Behavior: Harassment of other players via in-game communication (if available) or through offensive usernames/avatars is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User-Generated Content provided by you and other users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Yukpay.com. The game code, mechanics, and original artwork are protected by copyright laws.

5. Advertisements

The Service allows third-party advertising via Google AdMob. By using the Service, you agree to the placement of such advertisements. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services offered by third-party advertisers.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms (specifically regarding Prohibited Content or Cheating).

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Yukpay.com, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data (including game history or MMR), or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
